Clare Goodwin Personal Mandala Portrait™ Order and Creation Process and Fees
Here is the procedure for ordering a Personal Mandala Portrait: 1. DEPOSIT - You make a 1/3 non-refundable deposit ($300). 2. REQUIRED INFORMATION - When your make your deposit, you will be prompted to supply the information Clare needs to create your Mandala. This generally includes your name, birthdate, the purpose(s) you want your mandala to address, and any symbols or images you would like to see represented in the design. You will also be asked to provide a photo of yourself for Clare to use during the creation process. (If you order a mandala for a business, couple or family, some additional information will be requested.) 3. CONTRACT - You will receive two copies of the Commissioned Artwork Contract, signed by Clare. You will sign and return one of these and keep the other for your records. 4. SKETCHES - Clare will create one or more preliminary "sketches" of your mandala for your approval, generally within three weeks of receiving your signed contract. 5. ALTERATIONS - If you have suggestions for alterations or adjustments to Clare's design you may submit them at this time. Up to three alterations are included in the cost of your Mandala, and unlimited alterations may be made at a rate of $75 per hour. 6. APPROVAL & FINAL PAYMENT - Once you have approved a sketch, you will be invoiced for the balance of the commission fee ($600). 7. CANCELLATION - Should you decide not to approve any sketch, you may cancel your order. In this instance, you will pay any applicable cancellation fees and alteration charges and Clare will retain all rights to sketches and any other materials created for your project. 8. DELIVERY - Clare will finalize your Mandala, generally within three to four weeks after receipt of your final payment. When your Mandala is ready to ship, you will be invoiced for the shipping fees.
